A homestead that lives with Istria

Working with the land, producing wine, and preparing food are traditions at Butul's, passed down from generation to generation. Črt continues at least the fifth generation of the family connected to vineyards, olive groves, gardens, and Istrian cuisine. At Manžan, we are creating a space where local produce, natural wines, wild plants, culinary delights, and hospitality meet. We offer not just products, but a connection to the environment, the people, and the way of life from which they originate.
