16 days of maceration

The grapes were macerated for 16 days with indigenous yeasts to fully express the colour, structure, and varietal character.

Two flights in stainless steel

The wine matured for two years in stainless steel vats. It was bottled directly, without filtration or fining, to preserve its natural character.

In a glass

The wine has an alcohol content of 14.5 %. The colour is deep, dark and inviting. The aroma and aftertaste interweave notes of dark fruit, tobacco, white chocolate, undergrowth, graphite and a subtle hint reminiscent of more mature, full-bodied wines. The palate is robust, dry and long, with a distinct Istrian acidity and structure.

To the table

We recommend it with grilled dishes, red meat, game, dark sauces, mature cheeses, mushrooms, and dishes where the wine can show its depth.
