The general terms and conditions of the website www.butul-shop.net are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codes of business.
The buyer confirms that they are familiar with the entire text of the terms and conditions on the website www.butul-shop.net and agree to them.

Online marketing at www.butul-shop.net is carried out by Domačija Butul d.o.o., Manžan 10 d, 6000 Koper. The company is registered in the court register of the District Court in Koper under registration number 1/06350/00, Company ID 1760190.

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

ORDERS
The buyer is responsible for the data provided during the order fulfilment process. The supplier is not liable for any delivery errors due to an incorrect address.
Once an order has been placed, the customer receives the contract (invoice) via email. The contract (invoice) is stored electronically on the server and is accessible to the customer at all times within their user profile.
Dispatch of goods
Deliveries within Slovenia are handled by »DPD d.o.o.». All shipments are insured and in the event of accidental damage, we will replace the item with a new one or refund your purchase price.
For orders placed before 3 PM, dispatch is expected on the next working day. Postage is charged according to the »DPD d.o.o.» price list.
Deliveries are expected to be made between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or as agreed with the courier service »DPD d.o.o.»
In the case of sending a package with cash on delivery, only the actual amount you received upon confirmation of the order by the online shop www.butul-shop.net is paid.
In the event that you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please arrange for an alternative delivery.

The carrier - »DPD Ltd.» - is responsible for loss or damage to the shipment. In the event of damage or loss to the shipment, the provider shall send a new one immediately after notification, with the same items or items of equal value if the ordered and damaged items are no longer in stock. The customer must notify the carrier or the provider of the damage or loss to the shipment, and the damaged goods must be photographed and sent as proof.
The contracted delivery partner for shipments is »DPD Ltd.», however the provider reserves the right to choose an alternative delivery service if this will allow the order to be fulfilled more efficiently.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS
The buyer has the right to notify the provider (at the contact email address info@butul.net) within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for their decision. The only cost incurred by the buyer in connection with withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days from the submission of the withdrawal notice (purchase), in the same condition as they were received, unless otherwise stated.
The buyer must return the goods undamaged and in its original quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has diminished through no fault of the consumer.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from receipt of the cancellation notice. The refund will be credited to the customer's transaction (personal) account, which they provide in the goods return notice.
The return of received goods to the provider within the period for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notification of withdrawal from the contract.
The goods should be returned to the provider at the address Domačija Butul d.o.o, Manžan 10/d, 6000 Koper.
SCENE
Prices are in euros including VAT. The price indicated for each item does not include shipping costs.
The price shown at the end of the order and on the invoice is the final price, which also includes the shipping cost.
The provider covers the costs of packing and packaging.
The provider reserves the right to change prices. The price that is published on the day of the order, i.e. on the day of order completion and submission, is valid.
Payment Terms
The provider offers the following payment methods;
Payment by pro forma invoice: primarily intended for legal entities. The customer will receive a pro forma invoice by post at the address provided in their order. After payment of the pro forma invoice, the shipment will be dispatched within the agreed timeframe.
Cash on delivery; if the buyer wishes to pay on delivery, this method is only possible with cash payment. The buyer must be present in person for the collection, regardless of the value of the shipment. In the case of sending a package with cash on delivery, you only pay the courier service the actual amount received upon order confirmation. We have a contract with the courier service »DPD d.o.o.», so the cost of the cash deposit is covered by the company Domačija Butul d.o.o..
Payment by credit card online; the customer can also securely pay for ordered products and produce by credit card. The provider accepts: Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
Safety
The provider uses appropriate technological and organisational measures to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments.
Stripe handles secure authorisations and credit card transactions. Credit card authorisations are carried out in real-time with immediate verification of details with the banks. Card details are not recorded on the provider's server.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data. This will be used exclusively for account management, quotations, and other necessary documentation.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider is obliged to establish an effective complaints handling system. The provider will strive to handle complaints as quickly as possible and will inform the customer accordingly.
He will also endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably.
WARNINGS
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Therefore, the buyer must be of legal age at the time of placing the order. Otherwise, the supplier will immediately withdraw from the contract. By agreeing to the general terms and conditions, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
The Ministry of Health warns; excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health.
