The Butul Raw Selection brings together mountain and Tolmin cheeses with a distinct character. The cheeses are made from unpasteurised milk and mature in the mountains, after which the Butul homestead combines them with Istrian, herb-inspired, and wine-inspired additions. They are suitable for cheese boards, homemade bread, olive oil, pickled vegetables, honey, jams, and natural wines.
