Renowned culinary section of the weekly magazine Mladina https://butul.net/?p=1218, which is among the most objective culinary sections in Slovenian media, has selected ten restaurants in Slovenia at the end of the year, which, according to the selection of “Konzum inspectors,” were the best in their respective categories in 2020.
One of the most important, at least in our opinion, is the restaurant with the best self-sufficiency. And Mladina also prioritises this. We are extremely honoured that they have chosen us as the restaurant, or food provider in Slovenia, with the best self-sufficiency.
We have had a tiring and difficult year behind us. Like a rough sea, full of reefs. With great effort, we tried to sail, among many reefs, with full sails.
