Turmeric powder is a spice with a golden yellow colour, an earthy aroma and a gently warm flavour. It adds colour, depth and a distinctive spicy note to dishes.
Use it with rice, vegetable dishes, soups, stews, sauces, marinades, legumes, curries, pasta and hot drinks. It pairs well with ginger, black pepper, chilli, coconut, lemon and olive oil.
