Rosemary syrup has a distinctly Mediterranean aroma and a slightly resinous herbal character. It's an interesting addition for drinks, desserts, and dishes where you want a fresh, herbal note.
Dilute it with water or mineral water, add it to lemonade, tonic, a cocktail, mocktail, or iced tea. In the kitchen, it pairs well with citrus, baked fruit, ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, and some meat marinades.
Since rosemary is aromatic, add the syrup gradually.
