“Brunch for Bunch is a project that began as a platform for creativity, focusing on pairing food and wine with music and other art forms. We started in a private apartment in Ljubljana, where we established a real, reservation-only restaurant with a single table. It featured a small but distinctive selection of natural wines (from Slovenia, Australia, Italy, etc.), alongside our local products from Farm Stay Butul (including marmalades, cheeses, pickles, meats, and fish), locally roasted fair-trade coffee (Buna), local DJs (Phi, Synaptic, Kvalitat, etc.), other local artists, and, of course, a trained chef (Črt Butul).”
