Dried marjoram is a gentle, warm, and slightly sweet herb that nicely rounds off homemade dishes. It has a milder character than oregano, making it suitable for dishes where you want an herbaceous aroma without too much sharpness.
Use it in soups, stews, potatoes, pulses, meats, sauces, fillings, vegetable dishes, eggs and homemade spreads. It pairs well with garlic, onion, tomato, beans and olive oil.
Add it during cooking or towards the end of preparation, depending on the desired intensity.
