Olive leaf tea It is a pure herbal tea made from olive leaves grown at Butul Farm in Slovenian Istria. In the cup, it reveals a gentle Mediterranean character, with green herbal notes and a pleasant, refined bitterness.

Taste and character

The drink is clean, calm and distinctly herbaceous. It is enjoyable on its own, but you can supplement it with a slice of lemon, a teaspoon of honey, mint or cinnamon.

Preparation

• Pour 1–2 teaspoons of tea over 200 ml of hot water.
• Leave to stand for 8–10 minutes.
• Serve hot or chilled.
