Harvested from the picturesque Malvasia vineyard in Manžan, situated at an elevation of 90 meters above sea level, this wine offers a breathtaking panorama overlooking the Gulf of Koper (Adriatic Sea) and the majestic Julian Alps. Each vine is meticulously tended to, ensuring a low yield of no more than 1.5 kg per vine, allowing for optimal grape development. The grapes, perfectly matured, were handpicked between 12 and 15 September 2019.
