The foundation of our culinary studio is the use of seasonal and local ingredients, according to the slow food principles, meaning clean, healthy, local, seasonal and honest. We grow ourselves the necessary ingredients and products used for our culinary creations or we grow them in cooperation with small producers and farmers, but only with those who understand the importance of sustainable development and non-invasive cooperation with nature.
