The vintage was very good for Refo\u0161k, so the grapes remained on the vine until fully ripe. Among the hand-picked bunches, there were also some slightly dried berries, which added more extract to the wine.<\/p>\n<h3>18 days of maceration<\/h3>\n<p>Fermentation took place with yeasts from the vineyard, and maceration lasted for 18 days.<\/p>\n<h3>On fine lees, with no added sulphur<\/h3>\n<p>After decanting, the wine matured in stainless steel vats on fine lees until the summer of 2026, with no added sulphur.<\/p>\n<h3>In a glass<\/h3>\n<p>The colour is an intense ruby, almost black, with violet hues. The aroma reveals blackberry, blueberry, ripe cherry and a delicate touch of wood. The taste is full-bodied, soft and lively, with fruity freshness, pleasant tannins and a medium-long finish.<\/p>\n<h3>To the table<\/h3>\n<p>It pairs well with cured meats, red meat, grilled dishes, meat sauces, and also pizza.
