It is a dry wine of distinct colour, pleasant fruitiness and freshness, which beautifully connects the Istrian vineyard with relaxed moments at the table.<\/p>\n The Refo\u0161k grapes were harvested at the end of September from sunny south-westerly slopes near Man\u017ean. They reached full fruitiness on the vine, after which the wine was produced without maceration, from pure grape juice and without pressing.<\/p>\n Fermentation occurred spontaneously at natural temperatures. This approach preserves the vibrancy of the varietal and highlights the wine's fruity and direct character.<\/p>\n The ros\u00e9 is a more intense rose colour. The aroma is reminiscent of blackberry, blueberry, ripe cherry and fresh red fruit. The taste is full but soft, with a gentle fruity acidity, a medium-long finish and a slight hint of vanilla.<\/p>\n It pairs excellently with pizza, pasta, grilled meats, vegetable dishes, Istrian cold cuts, fish with a more pronounced flavour, and light summer dishes.
